Shipping Information
Shipments from GrekaArt are carried out within Greece via ELTA and internationally via ELTA (except for the USA) and FedEx.
Order processing usually takes 3–5 days, and shipments are sent using the carrier of your choice. Grekaart is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can monitor the progress of your shipment.
All our products are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during transit.
If you notice that the package is damaged or altered in any way upon delivery, please do not accept it, or ask to open it in the presence of the courier.
In the rare event that you receive a broken item, you may return it to us for repair.
Shipping costs to and from our store are covered by the customer.
If the courier service compensates us, we will refund you the shipping cost in full.
Return Policy
You may return items within 14 days, provided that certain conditions are met.

Returns at the expense of GrekaArt are accepted only if the order was incorrectly fulfilled (for example, if a different product or quantity was delivered).
Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, along with all accompanying documents.
If the return is not made within 14 days from the agreed date with GrekaArt, the store reserves the right to refuse the return.
Returns are carried out via ELTA,the Hellenic Post, and through your country's regular Postal Service and not by private courier companies.
If the returned products are damaged or incomplete, GrekaArt reserves the right to claim compensation, depending on the condition of the items.
- Returns at the expense of the customer
If you simply change your mind, you may return the product within 14 days, provided it is in perfect condition and accompanied by all documents and its original packaging.
In this case, shipping costs are covered by the customer.
If the product is returned damaged or incomplete, GrekaArt reserves the right to claim compensation based on its condition.
